What Next Move™ is

Next Move™ is a decision-training platform. Scenarios are fictional and illustrative. They help you practice choices that come up during reentry and community reintegration in all 50 U.S. states, in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole.

Important: Next Move™ is NOT legal advice, NOT medical advice, NOT mental health treatment, and NOT a substitute for professional counsel. If you face a legal, medical, or mental health decision, consult a qualified professional. Nothing here is intended to treat, diagnose, or resolve any individual's specific circumstances.

Acceptance

By using demo.nextmove.one, you agree to these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page with 30 days' notice.

Content, code, design, translations, and scenario narratives are copyrighted by Next Move Technologies, Inc. "Next Move" is a filed trademark (USPTO Classes 9, 41, 42). Patent filed; claims available on written request.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as is, without warranty of availability, fitness, or merchantability. Next Move™'s maximum liability is capped at the greater of $100 or fees you paid Next Move™ in the prior 12 months (for most users, $0). Next Move™ is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. You acknowledge that scenario content is illustrative, not individualized legal, medical, or mental-health guidance.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Next Move™ against your own violations of these Terms, of applicable law while using the platform, or of a third party's rights.

Termination

Next Move™ may suspend or terminate access at its discretion. You may stop using the platform at any time by closing the browser; no account exists to delete.

Governing law

Delaware law. Disputes resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then non-binding mediation in New York, NY, then (if necessary) Delaware courts.
