What we do not collect

Who can see your choices

Your individual choices inside scenarios are private. Facility staff, correctional officers, parole officers, and family members cannot see which options you picked. Aggregated and anonymized analytics may be shared with research partners for program evaluation, but those aggregates cannot be traced back to you.

Children

Next Move™ is intended for adults navigating significant life transitions. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

Because we do not collect identifying information, we cannot look up or export a file of your personal data, because none exists. You can clear all locally stored progress at any time by clearing your browser or tablet storage for this app.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
